摘  要:当前市面上用于肉类研究的稳定同位素标准样品很少,急需开发肉类稳定同位素标准样品,提高稳定同位素技术在肉类产地溯源应用中的准确性。该文介绍了两种新的不同δ^(13)C和δ^(15)N值的脱脂羊肉粉标准样品GSB 11-3959-2022和GSB 11-3960-2022的研制过程,并对标准样品的均匀性、短期和长期稳定性进行测试。联合元素分析-稳定同位素比值质谱法(EA-IRMS)在7个实验室确定了标准样品的δ^(13)C和δ^(15)N值,选用Grubbs法、Dixon法和Cochrane法进行数据检验和去除离群值,得到两种标准样品的特性值及不确定度。GSB 11-3960-2022的δ^(13)C值为(-18.27±0.26)‰,δ^(15)N值为(3.25±0.16)‰;GSB 11-3959-2022的δ^(13)C值为(-19.72±0.23)‰,δ^(15)N值为(5.29±0.14)‰。该研究研制的两种标准样品为肉中碳氮稳定同位素比值的测定提供了参考。It is necessary to develop new meat stable isotope reference materials to improve the accuracy of stable isotope technology for meat origin tracing applications as few meat isotope reference materials are available from the certified sources.In this paper,two new defatted powdered mutton reference materials(RMs)GSB 11-3959-2022 and GSB 11-3960-2022 with differentδ^(13)C andδ^(15)N values were devel⁃oped,and their homogeneity,the short-and long-term stability were studied.A joint evaluation was performed by elemental analyzer-isotope ratio mass spectrometry(EA-IRMS)in 7 national laborato⁃ries.All reported data were tested by Grubbs criterion,Dixon criterion and Cochrane criterion,while the outliers were removed and the property values and uncertainties were obtained.The valuedδ^(13)C andδ^(15)N for the GSB 11-3960-2022 were(-18.27±0.26)‰and(3.25±0.16)‰,respectively.The valuedδ^(13)C andδ^(15)N for the GSB 11-3959-2022 were(-19.72±0.23)‰and(5.29±0.14)‰,re⁃spectively.The two mutton isotope reference materials developed in this paper provide a reference for the determination of carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios in meat.
