摘　　要：习近平总书记关于构建网络空间命运共同体理念是构建人类命运共同体理念的重要组成部分,也是习近平总书记关于网络强国的重要思想的组成部分。近年来,新一轮科技革命和产业变革迅猛发展,网络空间治理面临严峻复杂挑战,构建网络空间命运共同体理念为网络空间国际治理提供了方向性指导,确立了构建网络空间命运共同体的目标,提出了通过网络空间国际治理达到这一目标的具体路径。构建网络空间命运共同体理念明确了网络空间国际治理以构建民主、多边、透明的治理体系为主张,以维护安全、尊重主权、稳定秩序为纲领,以提升互通互联、共创繁荣、公平公正为路径。构建网络空间命运共同体理念的提出,彰显了高瞻远瞩的理念引领,取得越来越多国际共识;促进了网络技术创新合作,提升网络安全保障力度;推动了加强网络安全建设,让互联网发展成果惠及中国人民和世界人民。General secretary Xi Jinping's philosophy of building a cyberspace community of shared destiny constitutes an important part of his philosophy of building a community with a shared future for all mankind,also of his thought on network power.In recent years,with a new round of rapid development of scientific and technological reformation and industrial transformation,cyberspace governance confronts a severe and complicated challenge.President Xi's philosophy not only provides an orientation guidance for international cyberspace governance,but also sets the goal of building a cyberspace community with a shared destiny,and proposes the practical pathway of international cyberspace governance to achieve the goal.The philosophy clarifies the claim of the democratic,multilateral and transparent governance system for the international cyberspace governance,the guideline of security maintenance,sovereignty respect and a stable order,and the pathway of promoting mutual connectivity,common prosperity,fairness and justice as well.As a far-sighted guidance,the proposal of President Xi's philosophy wins more and more international recognition since it promotes international innovation cooperation in network technology,enhances cyberspace security assurance and cyberspace security construction,and benefits peoples around the world.
