摘 要:镓酸盐玻璃是各种光学元件和头罩的理想材料,但是耐辐照性能较弱。采用不同含量的CeO_(2)掺杂镓酸盐玻璃,通过差热分析仪、紫外分光光度计、傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱测试了不同CeO_(2)含量镓酸盐玻璃的玻璃化转变温度、玻璃晶化温度、辐照前后的透过光谱和各价态Ce离子的含量。结果表明,玻璃在CeO_(2)含量低于0.3wt%时,辐照后透过光谱出现降低,耐辐照稳定性较弱。CeO_(2)含量低于0.5wt%时,玻璃网络结构的稳定性随着CeO_(2)含量的增加而变大。提高玻璃网络结构的稳定性可以减少高能辐射后色心的形成,提高玻璃的耐辐照性能。CeO_(2)含量高于0.5wt%时,Ce^(3+)的增加导致玻璃颜色加深,透过率降低。CeO_(2)含量高于0.8wt%以上时,玻璃中出现大量条纹。CeO_(2)含量为0.3wt%~0.5wt%的镓酸盐玻璃具有良好的耐辐照和光谱透过性能。Gallate glass is an ideal material for various optical components and hoods,but its resistance to irradiation is weak.Gallate glass was doped with different content of CeO_(2).The glass transition temperature,glass crystallization temperature,spectrum before and after irradiation and The content of Ce ions in each valence state were measured by differential thermal analyzer,ultraviolet spectrophotometer,Fourier infrared spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that when the content of CeO_(2)is lower than 0.3wt%,the transmission spectrum of glass decreases after irradiation,and the stability of glass resistance to irradiation is poor.When CeO_(2)content is lower than 0.5wt%,the stability of the glass network structure increase with the increase of CeO_(2)content.Improving the stability of glass network structure can reduce the formation of color center after high-energy radiation and improve the radiation resistance of glass.When the content of CeO_(2)is higher than 0.5wt%,the increase of Ce^( 3+)leads to the coloration of the glass and the decrease of the transmittance.When the content of CeO_(2)is above 0.8wt%,a large number of streaks appear in the glass.Gallium silicate glass with CeO_(2)content of 0.3~0.5wt%has good irradiation resistance and spectral transmission performance.
