摘 要:试验研究了矿粉、粉煤灰等矿物掺合料经过超细粉磨至不同比表面积后对自身胶砂流动性及活性的影响,并通过SEM、XRD、TG-DTG-DSC、FTIR等微观测试手段研究了矿物掺合料超细化作用机理。结果表明,矿粉、粉煤灰经超细化后可显著减少需水量并且提高胶凝活性,原因在于,超细颗粒可以填充于水泥颗粒孔隙间,从而释放出大量絮凝结构中的水分,改善了流动性能;粉磨优化了颗粒微观形貌,Si-O键和Al-O键发生了重排,这是矿物掺合料超细化后活性增加的主要原因。矿粉超细化处理后,能够更快地于体系中进行二次水化,粉煤灰的超细化对其水化速率提升的幅度随龄期变化不大。The effects of mineral powder,fly ash and other mineral admixtures on the fluidity and activity of their own mortar after grinding to different specific surface areas were studied.The mechanism of mineral admixtures superrefinement was studied by means of SEM,XRD,TG-DTG-DSC,FTIR and other microscopic testing methods.The results show that the water demand and cementing activity can be significantly reduced and improved after ultrafine refining of mineral powder and fly ash.The reason is that ultrafine particles can fill the pores between cement particles,thus releasing a large amount of water in the flocculation structure and improving the flow performance.The particle morphology was improved by milling,and the Si-O bond and Al-O bond were rearranged,which was the main reason for the increase of activity of mineral admixture after ultra-refinement.After the ultrafine treatment of mineral powder,it can be rehydrated in the system faster,and the ultrafine treatment of fly ash has little effect on the increase of hydration rate with age.
