摘  要:炉底渣的产量约占粉煤灰总产量的20%,年产量过亿吨,但是其综合利用率远低于粉煤灰,综合利用并没有受到重视,缺乏材料特性及差异性研究,未能充分发挥其材料性能。本工作从炉底渣颗粒大小形貌、化学成分及矿物相组成三方面对宁夏地区11家煤粉炉电厂和1家循环流化床电厂的炉底渣进行材料特性研究。结果表明,炉底渣细度模数范围为0.9~2.6,其中11家样品的砂粒含量都大于50%,属于砂土;煤粉炉和循环流化床炉底渣颗粒形貌均为不规则形貌,都含有少量未燃尽的多孔碳颗粒,但二者的形貌具有显著差异;11家煤粉炉炉底渣的二氧化硅、三氧化二铝和三氧化二铁总质量分数(%)均大于等于70%,循环流化床炉底渣具有低铁高硫高钙的特点。矿物相方面10家炉底渣以石英为主,2家电厂的炉底渣以莫来石为主。炉底渣的材料特性对应其应用的颗粒效应、化学成分效应和矿物相效应,建议根据其颗粒效作为砂土应用于土壤修复和土壤改良,根据其化学效应替代天然砂作为骨料,根据其矿物相效应,应用于莫来石陶瓷,或应用于建材、道路等作为辅助胶凝材料。The production of bottom slag accounts for about 20%of the total fly ash production,with an annual output of more than 100 million tons.But its comprehensive utilization rate is much lower than that of fly ash.,and and its comprehensive utilization has not received much attention.Bottom slag from coal-fired power plants has not been widely used due to lack of complete research on its basic material properties and their differences.So as to fully utilize the advantages as materials.The basic material properties of bottom slags from 11 pulverized coal furnace power plants and 1 circulating fluidized bed power plant in Ningxia were characterized,including particle size distribution,particle morphology,chemical composition and mineral phase composition.The results show that the range of fineness modulus of furnace bottom slag is 0.9—2.6,and the sand content of all its 11 samples is greater than 50%,which belongs to sandy soil.The morphology of all bottom slag particles is irregular,and both contain a small amount of unburned porous carbon particles,but the morphology of pulverized and circulating-fluidized-bed bottom slag is significantly different.The total mass fraction(%)of SiO_(2),Al 2O 3 and Fe 2O 3 in the bottom slag of 11 pulverized coal furnaces is greater than or equal to 70%.Circulating fluidized bed furnace bottom slag has the characteristics of low iron,high sulfur and high calcium.In terms of mineral composition,10 bottom slags are mainly quartz,and the other 2 are mainly mullite.Material properties of bottom slag correspond to the applications of particle effect,chemical composition effect and mineral phase effect.According to the particle effect as sandy soil,bottom slag is applied to soil restoration and soil improvement,according to its chemical effect instead of natural sand used as aggregate,and according to its mineral phase effect,used in mullite ceramics,or used as supplementary cementing materials in building materials and road applications.
