摘 要:高强钼合金及其复合材料是为满足先进军工、国防、航空航天等众多工业领域发展需求而开发的,其最终目的是部分替代这些领域的钼钛合金和钢材。目前在钼基体中引入均匀弥散分布且热稳定性良好的增强体,形成钼合金及其复合材料,成为提升钼性能的热点方法。本文总结了高强钼基材料的增强相选择、制备工艺,综述了高强钼基材料的性能演变规律及强化机制,并且展望了高强韧钼基材料研究的发展趋势。High-strength molybdenum alloy and its composite materials are developed to meet the development needs of many industrial fields such as advanced military,national defense,and aerospace,and its ultimate purpose is to partially replace molybdenum titanium alloys and steel in these fields.At present,the introduction of reinforced phases with uniform dispersion distribution and good thermal stability into molybdenum matrix to form molybdenum alloys and molybdenum matrix composites has become a hot method to improve the comprehensive properties of molybdenum.In this paper,the enhanced phase selection and preparation process of high-strength molybdenum-based materials are summarized,the performance evolution law and strengthening mechanism of high-strength molybdenum-based materials are reviewed,and the development trend of high-strength and tough molybdenum-based materials is prospected.
