摘 要:随着科学技术的发展,各行各业对尼龙材料性能的要求逐渐提高。特别是在汽车工业和电子电器领域,伴随着汽车轻量化和电子集成化的需求,对材料的力学性能和耐热性能提出更高的要求。耐高温尼龙具有优异的力学性能及耐热性,能够满足现代工业发展的需求,因此,耐高温尼龙的开发得到了人们更多的关注。结构决定性能,材料的性能与其结构密切相关。通过调控聚合物的分子结构以及聚集态结构,可以实现其性能的改变。目前已报道的耐高温尼龙品种众多,本文总结了现有不同耐高温尼龙品种结构与性能的关系,并对耐高温尼龙的发展现状和前景进行分析。With the development of science and technology,the demand for the properties of nylon materials is gradually increasing in various industries.Especially,with the demand of automobile lightweight and electronic integration,the mechanical properties and heat resistance of materials are put forward higher requirements.High temperature resistant nylon,with excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance,can meet the needs of modern industrial development,so the development of high temperature resistant nylon has been paid more attention.Structure determines performance,where material performance is closely related to its structure.The properties of polymers can be changed by adjusting their molecular structure and aggregation state structure.At present,many varieties of high temperature resistant nylon have been reported.This paper summarized the relationship between the structure and properties of the existing high temperature resistant nylon,and analyzed the development status and prospect of high temperature resistant nylon.
