摘 要:为验证某型号新能源电动飞机复合材料机翼座舱顶部复材支撑框双耳片螺栓孔拉伸载荷承载能力是否满足CCAR-23-R3适航符合性要求,制备了六组与实际结构相符合的复合材料结构试验件,通过不同环境下的力学性能试验测得室温干态(RTD)和高温湿态(ETW)环境下试验件的承载能力,并对所测的载荷和位移数据进行对比分析,探讨湿热环境对复合材料连接结构的强度影响。结果表明:两种环境下的位移载荷曲线均为线性变化,未发生塑性变形;湿热环境下的承载能力与常温下基本保持一致,但湿热环境下的位移量较常温下更大;在湿热环境下试样的环境影响系数为1。因此,该复合材料连接结构在高温湿态(ETW)环境下仍具备良好的承载能力。In order to verify whether the tensile load bearing capacity of the double lug bolt hole of the composite support frame on the top of the composite wing cabin of a certain type of new energy electric aircraft meets the requirements of CCAR-23-R3 airworthiness,six groups of composite structural test pieces that are consistent with the actual structure were prepared.The bearing capacity of the test pieces in the dry(RTD)and wet(ETW)environment at room temperature was measured by mechanical performance tests in different environments.The measured load and displacement data are compared and analyzed,and the influence of humid and thermal environment on the strength of composite connection structure is discussed.The results show that the displacement load curves under the two environments are linear,and no plastic deformation occurs;the bearing capacity under humid and hot environment is basically the same as that under normal temperature,but the displacement under humid and hot environment is larger than that under normal temperature;the environmental impact coefficient of the sample in the humid and hot environment is 1.Therefore,the composite connection structure still has good bearing capacity under high temperature wet state(ETW)environment.
