摘 要:随着“新文科”理念的逐步落实和社会需求的多样化,高校的人才培养逐步从学科导向转向需求导向,高校外语人才应该具备何种核心素养才能满足社会的紧迫需求?基础教育机构的招聘要求是我们培养专业人才的风向标,为此,我们对公办、民办和中外合办学校三方的招聘公告进行为期一年的跟踪记录。我们发现,社会对英语教师的需求主要集中在职业素养、语言素养、跨文化沟通与协作能力以及创新学习能力等四个方面。高校应基于办学特色,结合国家教育发展方向,对接英语学科核心素养,探索以需求为导向、专业标准为准绳、课程模块为依托、实践实训为重点的英语师范人才培养模式,为国家培养职业素养、语言能力、沟通能力和创新学习能力“四强”人才。With the gradual implementation of the concept of“new liberal arts”,the talent training in colleges and universities has gradually shifted from discipline-oriented to demand-oriented.What core competences should pre-service English teachers have to meet the urgent needs of society?Different basic education institutions have all set up their specific requirements for prospective English teachers.Therefore,the collection,classification and analysis of these social needs can be crucial to a better cultivation model of pre-service English teachers.After one-year tracking and recording of the relevant social advertisements,we find the following requirements are commonly stressed:good command of English,sufficient teaching practice,professionalism and humanistic accomplishments as well as cross-cultural competencies.Colleges and universities should make efforts to meet these requirements and cultivate talents with four competences on the basis of their own educational characteristics and China’s goal of national education development.To this end,they need to explore a demand-oriented,professional standard-based,curriculum module-assisted and practical training-focused model for training pre-service English teachers.
