摘　　要：因受基层医院条件、设备和技术等限制,重症患儿常需要通过院间转诊到三级医院得到有效的救治,但重症患儿在转运过程中会受到包括原发疾病的严重程度、转运过程中所需时间(准备时间、反应时间、稳定时间和返程时间)、转诊急救团队专业技能、转运过程中的不良事件等诸多因素的影响,其转诊风险和时机也一直存在争议。基于可用性、实用性和科研的需要,儿童医院采用深度学习方法建立重症患儿院间转诊风险智能评估与决策模型,可以辅助医生对重症患儿院间转诊进行远程诊断与决策,降低重症患儿转诊风险,提高转诊效率。Due to the constraints of basic hospital conditions,equipment and technology,children with severe diseases often need to be referred to tertiary hospitals for effective treatment.However,the risk and timing of the referral of the critically ill children are affected by many factors,including the severity of the primary disease,the time required for the referral(preparation time,response time,stabilization time and return time),the expertise of the referring emergency team,and adverse events during transport,and the risk and timing of the referral have been controversial.In order to meet the needs for availability,practicality and scientific research,Children's Hospital adopts the deep learning method to establish an intelligent risk assessment and decision-making model for inter-hospital referral of critically ill children,which can assist doctors in remote diagnosis and decision-making for inter-hospital referrals of critically ill children,reducing the risk and improving the efficiency of referral.
