摘 要:目的:构建适配多种标准且可高效扩展的临床决策中台。方法:以某三级综合医院医生站系统作业流程为样本,抽象出统一信息模型,重组逻辑元素,结合中台知识,构建临床决策中台体系。结果:临床决策中台系统已在该医院55个临床科室应用,经过对近6年的532项临床需求进行分析整理,发现70%的临床需求可通过该系统配置实现。结论:该系统实现了对临床决策关键交互环节的拼接组合,可适配多种场景下的不同标准,实现了知识元素的封装重组,方便扩充。该方案达到了设计目标,能灵活且高效地应用于临床系统复杂多变的场景。Objective To build a clinical decision-making middle platform that adapts to multiple standards and can be efficiently expanded.Methods Taking the operating process of the physician station of a Grade-A tertiary general hospital as the sample,the unified information model was abstracted,the logical elements were reorganized,and the knowledge of the middle platform was adopted to build a middle platform system for clinical decision-making.Results The clinical decision-making middle platform has been applied in 55 clinical departments of this hospital.After analyzing 532 clinical requirements in the past 6 years,70%of the clinical requirements can be realized through the system configuration.Conclusion The system realizes the stitching and combination of key interactive links in clinical decision-making,adapts to different standards in different scenarios,and achieves the encapsulation and reorganization of knowledge elements for convenient expansion.The solution proposed in this paper achieves the design goal and can be flexibly and efficiently applied to the complex and changeable scenarios of the clinical system.
