摘　　要：目的:在5G MEC网络架构下,不断优化5G无线网络设备参数,提高移动查房车在临床工作中的稳定性和使用率。方法:基于5G技术网络建设标准,结合医院实际,合理调整各网络设备技术参数。结果:移动查房车下载院内医疗数据速率加快,网络故障率降低,使用率显著提高。结论:该解决方案对医院应用5G网络提升移动诊疗智能化水平,提高医护人员工作效率,增强快速反应和应急处置能力等方面具有借鉴意义。Objective To continuously optimize parameters of 5G wireless network equipment and improve the stability and utilization rate of mobile ward workstation trolleys in clinical work under the 5G MEC network.Methods Based on the 5G network construction standards,the technical parameters of network equipment were reasonably adjusted in line with the actual situation of the hospital.Results The downloading speed of in-hospital medical data for the mobile ward workstation trolley was accelerated,the rate of network failure was reduced,and the utilization rate was significantly increased.Conclusion This solution has reference significance for the application of 5G network in hospital to improve the intelligence of mobile diagnosis and treatment,improve the efficiency of medical staff,and enhance the quick response and emergency treatment.
