摘 要:目的:以患者需求为导向,运用预约候补功能提高号源的再分配和利用效率,合理利用医疗资源,维持和稳定门诊流量,提升运行效率。方法:统计医院HIS系统2022年6月—8月各时段运用候补功能人数,成功取号数量,各科室预约候补成功率及预约后平均候诊时间,并进行对比,检验成效。结果:2022年6月—8月门诊量285502人次,有41887例患者选择使用预约候补功能,占门诊量的14.67%;在选择使用该功能的患者中,16690例患者成功通过预约候补功能顺利就诊,成功率为39.85%,8月成功率达47.09%。预约后候诊时间均值由27 min降低至24 min,降幅为11.26%。结论:预约候补机制保证号源有效利用,有效降低了外界因素对门诊运行造成的波动,将线上预约候补与患者实际就诊流程无缝衔接,提供便捷、高效、无忧的诊疗服务,维护患者就诊的公平和权益。Objective In response to patients'demands,to apply the waitlist function for improving the redistribution and utilization efficiency of appointment registration number,so as to make rational use of medical resources,maintain and stabilize the outpatient service volume,and enhance the operational efficiency.Methods Related data from June to August 2022 were obtained through the hospital's HIS system,including the number of people using the waitlist function,the number of successful registrations,the success rate of applying the waitlist function and the average waiting time after appointment in each department.The above data were compared to test the effectiveness.Results From June to August 2022,there were 285,502 outpatients visits and 41,887 patients chose to use the waitlist function,accounting for 14.67%of the outpatients visits.Among the patients who chose to use this function,16,690 patients successfully visited doctors through the function,with a success rate of 39.85%.In August,the success rate reached 47.09%.The average waiting time after the appointment decreased from 27 minutes to 24 minutes,with a decrease of 11.26%.Conclusion The appointment registration waitlist mechanism ensures the effective use of outpatient services,and reduces the fluctuations caused by external factors to outpatient operation.The mechanism seamlessly connects theonline appointment registration waitlist with actual consultation process of patients, so as to provide convenient, efficient, andworry-free diagnosis and treatment services, and safeguard the fairness and rights of patients.
