摘　　要：目的:建立一套符合临床医生习惯,便于病理医生快速准确获取病理检查需求的病理申请单系统。方法:对手术病理开单流程进行实地探访调研,结合现有病理系统使用情况,采纳病理医生建议,从临床使用角度重新优化病理业务流程。结果:形成常规、冰冻、分子、细胞病理申请的统一管理模式,满足不同开单科室的医疗开单要求,借助信息化平台整合疾病诊断、手术小结、检查报告等医疗信息,完善申请单质量,提高病理医生的工作效率。结论:病历专科申请单系统规范病理诊断流程,优化了工作模式,在降低人力成本、提升产能的同时进一步提升医疗安全质量。Objective To establish a pathology application form system that conforms to the clinicians'habits and convenient for pathologists to quickly and accurately obtain pathological examination requirements.Methods The field investigation was carried out for the examination and surgical pathology billing process.On the basis of the current utilization of the existing pathological system,the suggestions of pathologists were adopted to re-optimize the pathological process from the perspective of clinical application.Results The unified management mode of routine,freezing,molecular,and cytopathology applications was formed to meet the requirements of medical billing in different departments.With the help of the information platform,medical information such as disease diagnosis,surgical summary,and examination report were integrated to improve the quality of the application forms and improve the work efficiency of pathologists.Conclusion The system can standardize the pathological diagnosis process,optimize the working procedures,reduce labor cost,improve productivity,and further improve medical quality and safety.
