摘　　要：对采自江西省庐山国家级自然保护区的野生桑黄子实体进行组织分离、形态学鉴定和系统发育分析,证实分离的菌株为锦带花桑黄。利用单因素试验法对该菌株的培养特性进行研究,确定该菌株生长的最适pH为6.0,最适生长温度为27.5℃,最佳碳氮比为5∶1。经正交试验对固体培养基进行优化,得到菌株最适培养基为红糖20 g·L^(-1)、酵母浸膏2 g·L^(-1)、KH_(2)PO_(4)0.5 g·L^(-1)、琼脂20 g·L^(-1),菌丝生长速度为5.38 mm·d^(-1)。A fungal strain was isolated from wild fruit bodies collected from Lushan National Nature Reserve,Jiangxi Province.Morphological identification and phylogenetic analysis showed that the strain was Sanghuangporus weigelae.The single factor test was used to study the culture characteristics of the strain.The results showed that the optimum pH for the growth of mycelia was 6.0,the optimum temperature was 27.5℃,and the optimum C/N was 5∶1.The solid medium was optimized by orthogonal test,and the optimum medium for the strain was brown sugar 20 g·L^(-1),yeast extract 2 g·L^(-1),KH_(2)PO_(4)0.5 g·L^(-1),agar 20 g·L^(-1),and the mycelial growth rate was 5.38 mm·d^(-1).
