红托竹荪菌株生长发育的温敏特征

摘  要:温度是影响食用菌生长发育的重要影响因素之一。为探究温度对红托竹荪菌株生长发育的影响,在不同温度条件下对平皿母种菌丝、土壤瓶栽菌棒进行培养。通过观测菌丝生长情况,确定红托竹荪低温萌发反应、最适生长温度和灭活极限温度,并计算菌丝从营养生长到生殖发育所需的有效积温。结果表明,最适合红托竹荪母种菌丝培养的温度为25℃。10℃低温条件下,菌丝仍能缓慢生长。菌丝灭活致死温度为43℃(2 h)。在32℃(264 h)条件下,菌丝未死亡但生长停滞,恢复至适宜温度后仍可正常生长。温度为10℃时菌丝可以扭结形成原基,但10~15℃条件下原基难以分化形成子实体。菌棒覆土至子实体成熟的有效积温(≥10℃)约为1524~1570℃。Temperature is one of the important factors affecting the growth and development of edible fungi.In order to clarify the effect of temperature on the growth and development of Dictyophora rubrovolvata strains,the mycelia of stock culture in plate and the atificial bed-log in bottles cultivated by casing soil were cultured under different temperature conditions.By observing and measuring the D.rubrovolvata mycelia related growth conditions,the germination reaction at low-temperature,optimum temperature and limit temperature of inactivation were determined,and the effective accumulated temperature from vegetative growth to reproductive development was calculated.The results showed that 25℃was the most suitable temperature for mycelial culture of the D.rubrovolvata stock culture.Under the low temperature condition of 10℃,the mycelia could still grow slowly.The lethal temperature of mycelial inactivation was 43℃(2 h).Under the condition of 32℃(264 h),the mycelia did not die but arrested growing,and it could grow normally after recovering to the appropriate temperature.The mycelia can kink to form primordium at 10℃,but the primordium could not differentiate to form fruit body under 10-15℃.The effective accumulated temperature(≥10℃)was about 1524-1570℃during the pricess from the atificial bed-logs casing with soil to maturation of the fruit body.
