摘 要:以织金红托竹荪为试材,采用菌棒覆土栽培的方法,分析菌棒摆放方式和栽培密度对红托竹荪生长、性状、产量和生物学效率的影响,以探索适合红托竹荪栽培的菌棒摆放方式和密度。结果表明,菌棒采用双排竖直摆放的方式,栽培密度为18棒/m^(2)时最合理,栽培3~4 d后,菌丝开始萌发,平均30 d形成原基,110 d出菇,菌蛋数量70~90个/m^(2),产量400~500 g·m^(-2),栽培周期短,产量可观,且对红托竹荪子实体的性状无显著影响。此方法可减少菌棒用量,降低投入成本,从而提高经济效益。Taking Dictyophora rubrovolvata of Zhijin as test material,the arrangement of artificial bed-log and the cultivation density of artificial bed-log were adjusted by the method of casing soil cultivation,the effects on growth,characters,yield and biological efficiency of D.rubrovolvata were studied in order to explore the suitable arrangement and density of artificial bed-log in D.rubrovolvata cultivation.The results showed that the optimal cultivation density was 18 bar/m2 when the double row vertical arrangement of the artificial bed-log was adopted,after 3 to 4 days of cultivation,mycelium began to germinate,forpermed primordiums in an average of 30 days and produced mushrooms in 110 days,the number of fruit body like eggs was 70-90 per m^(2),the yield was 400-500 g·m^(-2),the cultivation period was short,the yield was considerable,and it had no significant effect on the fruiting body character of D.rubrovolvata.This method can reduce the cultivation quantity of artificial bed-log,reduce the cost input,and improve the economic benefit of planting.
