加强有组织科研,以研究型医院建设思维促进骨盆髋臼专科发展

摘　　要：骨盆髋臼解剖结构复杂,位置深在,毗邻重要神经及血管,如何安全、微创、有效地处理骨盆髋臼骨折一直是全球骨科医师面临的挑战。国内骨科学者历经数十年的摸索与实践,在骨盆髋臼专科领域取得了卓越的创新成果,但在髋臼四边体、后壁、顶壁粉碎性骨折,骨盆髋臼智能复位微创固定,老年骨盆髋臼骨折的理想手术入路和内固定器材等研究热点问题上仍需进一步研究探讨。在建设“健康中国”的大背景下,为更好地规范化建设骨盆髋臼专科,引导其走向规范化、微创化、智能化、国际化,国内骨科同仁应加强有组织科研,聚焦创新成果转化与推广应用,以研究型医院建设思维共同促进骨盆髋臼专科的发展。The pelvis and acetabulum have complex anatomical structures and deep location,which are adjacent to important nerves and blood vessels.How to treat pelvic and acetabular fractures safely,minimally invasive and effectively has always been the goal of orthopedic surgeons around the world.After decades of exploration and practice,domestic orthopedic scholars have made outstanding innovative achievements in the pelvis and acetabulum specialty.However,some research hotspots,such as quadrilateral plate fracture of acetabulum,posterior and roof wall fractures of acetabulum,intelligent reduction and minimally invasive fixation for pelvic fractures,and ideal surgical approaches and internal fixation devices for the elderly with pelvic and acetabular fractures,still need further research.Under the background of building"Healthy China",in order to better standardize the construction of pelvic and acetabular specialty and guide its development in the direction of standardization,minimally invasive,intelligent and internationalization,domestic orthopedic colleagues should strengthen organized scientific research,focus on the transformation and application of innovative achievements,and jointly promote the development of pelvic and acetabular specialty with the construction strategy of research-oriented hospital.
