某氧硫混合铜矿选矿试验研究

摘　　要：云南某地混合铜矿石氧化铜占55.75%,其中结合氧化铜相的分布率达到26.55%;脉石矿物中氧化钙的含量达到12.11%。该矿氧化率高、结合率高、钙镁含量高,属“三高”型极难选的混合铜矿。针对该矿石性质,开展了直接浮选+硫化浮选多步浮选工艺,LO18等新型特殊药剂选矿试验研究,最终获得了铜精矿的铜品位为9.64%,铜回收率为41.39%的指标。Copper oxide accounts for 55.75%of one blended copper ore in Yunnan,the distribution rate of copper oxide phase was 26.55%;calcium oxide content in gangue mineral was 12.11%.The ore has high oxidation rate,binding rate and high calcium-magnesium content,it belongs to a highly refractory copper ore.Direct flotation+sulphidizing flotation has been carried out according to ore properties,LO18 and the other new type agent was selected for experiment study,copper concentrate with copper grade of 9.64%recovery rate of 41.39%were obtained finally.
