含银废液制备银电解液的工艺研究

摘  要:利用含银废液中和沉淀,再造液的方式,通过控制反应过程pH值、反应温度、反应时间及反应终酸浓来进行银电解液的制备及电解液中杂质的净化。结果表明:新工艺银电解液的生产及净化作业实施控制指标为pH值在4~6之间,反应温度(60~70)℃,反应时间1.5 h,反应终酸浓度(0.5~0.8)g/L。在此条件下银粉含量99.998%,电流效率95%以上。Neutralization and precipitation of silver-bearing waste liquor was carried out and liquid re-formation was made,preparation of silver-bearing electrolyte and purification of impurities in electrolyte was carried out through controlling of pH value,reaction temperature,reaction time and reaction final acid concentration.Results show the implementation indexes of production and purification operation of silver electrolyte by new process were:pH value is in the range of 4~6,the reaction temperature is(60~70)℃,reaction time is 1.5 h,the reaction final acid concentration is(0.5~0.8)g/L.Under those conditions,the content of silver powder is 99.998%,the current efficiency is more than 95%.
