摘  要:针对铝电解企业直流电耗、综合能耗居高不下的问题,在大型预焙槽上采用石墨化阴极磷生铁浇铸技术,使电解槽在运行过程中直流电耗比普通曲面阴极槽平均降低748.1 kWh/t·Al,运行电压降低0.16 V,电流效率提升1.73%,节能效果显著。Graphite cathode phosphorus pig iron casting technology was applied on large pre-baked anode cell according to problems that DC power consumption and comprehensive energy consumption of aluminum electrolysis enterprise is high,therefore,at the operation process of electrolytic cell,the average DC power consumption was decreased by 748.1 kWh/t·Al,the operation voltage drop by 0.16 V,the current efficiency was increased by 1.73%compared to the common curved surface cathode cell,the energy saving effect is obvious.
