摘  要:采用粉末压片法制样,X射线荧光光谱法测定铜熔炼渣中的铜、铁、硫等13种常规元素含量。通过试验调整压样压力、光管电流、电压及校正元素等工艺和仪器参数,优化了测量条件。通过经验系数校正、谱线重叠校正等修正方式使校正曲线线性良好。试验数据表明样品分析的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.29%~1.57%之间,该方法测定结果与化学分析法结果符合性较好。该方法样品预处理简单,分析范围广且速度快,分析结果精密度高,准确性好,检出限低,能够满足冶炼工作中对铜熔炼渣快速分析的要求。Samples were prepared by pressed powder pellet,the content of 13 regular elements like copper,iron,sulfur and so on in copper smelting slag was measured by X-ray fluorescent spectrometry.Process and instrument parameters of pressure,tube current,voltage and correction element and so on of compression samples was adjusted by tests,the measurement conditions were optimized.Correction curve linear is good,it is realized by empirical coefficient correction,spectra overlap correction and other correction methods.Experimental data show the relative standard deviation(RSD)of sample analysis is in the range of 0.29%~1.57%,the measurement results have good conformance with the results by chemical analysis method.The pretreatment method of sample is simple,the analysis range is wide with high speed,the precision degree of analysis results is high,the accuracy is good,detection limit is low,it can meet the requirements that rapid analysis of copper smelting slag in smelting operation.
