摘 要:针对电解原铝中铁杂质含量过高的问题,分析了阳极组装带入原铝中的铁杂质来源。阳极炭块灰分中杂质含量最高,采取灰分控制措施后,残极炭块中灰分含量降低了0.25%;阳极保温料经过破碎除铁后,铁含量可以控制在0.2%以下;阳极钢爪表面氧化铁清理装置安装后,能有效清除钢爪表面的氧化物,使用纳米陶瓷基防氧化涂料使钢爪氧化腐蚀速度降低52.3%。Iron impurity content in electrolytic primary aluminum is too high,so source of iron impurity in primary aluminum brought by anode assembling was analyzed.Impurities content of ash in anode carbon block is the highest,then ash controlling measures were taken,the ash content in anode scrap carbon block was decreased by 0.25%;iron content in anode insulation can be controlled below 0.2%after crushing and iron removal;oxides on the surface of anode steel claw was eliminated after oxides cleaning device installed,the oxidized corrosion rate of steel claw with nano-ceramics base anti-oxidation coating material can be reduced by 52.3%.
