摘　　要：针对电磁加热烘干系统处理能力小、烘干效果差的问题,采用立式压滤机对钨精矿进行干燥,最佳工艺条件为滤布孔径23μm、给矿浓度约35%、挤压时间320 s、入料及干燥时间均为300 s,改进后钨精矿的含水量下降≤14.5%,处理量≥3 t/d。Electromagnetic heating and drying system has problems that small handling capacity and bad drying effect,therefore the vertical filter press was adopted for tungsten concentrate drying,the best process conditions were:pore diameter of filter cloth is 23μm,ore feeding concentration is 35%,extrusion time is 320 s,both material feeding and drying time are 300 s,the moisture content of improved tungsten concentrate is decreased≤14.5%,the handling capacity is≥3 t/d.
