摘 要:以烟用铝箔为试验对象,分析其在中精轧轧制过程中的工艺影响因素,包括轧制油品、不同工作辊工艺参数、不同控制方式及铝箔坯料等。研究表明:为提高产品质量,针对轧制油品采取了加入(7.0~8.0)mgKOH/g醇、1.4 mgKOH/g酸、(5.5~6.5)mgKOH/g酯、优化中精轧轧制油在线工艺参数等措施;针对不同工作辊工艺参数,采取控制中轧和精轧轧辊的粗糙度分别为(0.20~0.25)μm和(0.03~0.05)μm;同时采取了产品板型控制方式和对铝箔坯料原始凸度等措施,改进后产品平均成品率达到88%。Aluminum foil for cigarette package was taken as the test object,the influence factors of finishing rolling process were analyzed,including rolling oil,process parameters of different work rollers,different control methods and aluminum foil blanks and so on.Study shows:there are(7.0~8.0)mgKOH/g alcohol,1.4 mgKOH/g acid,(5.5~6.5)mgKOH/g ester added into rolling oil in order to increase product quality,on-line process parameters and the measures were taken for optimization of finishing rolling oil;according to the different process parameters of work rollers,the roughness of medium and finishing rollers were controlled at(0.20~0.25)μm and(0.03~0.05)μm;control mode of product pattern and original convexity of aluminum foil blank were adopted at the same time.By using of the control measures,the average finished product ratio of product can reach to 88%.
