摘　　要：保障警察权益需要结合实务寻找问题发现问题,通过与在职民警进行深度访谈,发现当前警察权益保障的问题所在,并对当前我国警察权益保障制度出现的问题进行审视,借鉴考察域外警察权益保障制度的内容,构建符合我国实际的警察权保障体制,助力新《人民警察法》的出台。To protect the rights and interests of police officers,it is necessary to combine practical work to identify problems and identify them.Through in-depth interviews with in-service police officers,the current problems in the protection of police rights and interests are identified,and the current problems in China's police rights and interests protection system are examined.Then,by examining the content of foreign police rights and interests protection systems,a police rights protection system that is in line with China's actual situation is constructed to assist in the introduction of the new People's Police Law.
