摘　　要：随着互联网的快速发展,人们的信息获取途径越来越广泛,信息载体也更加多样化,已经含括了图像、文字、音频和视频等多种形式。便利的信息传播方式,在促进人们交流与文化互鉴发展的同时,一些淫移色情等社会不良信息也通过这一途径大肆传播,严重影响了网络空间环境,侵蚀了人民群众的身心健康,尤其对青少年的成长产生了严重影响,广大人民群众对这一社会丑恶现象深恶痛绝。本文对近年来网络传播淫移色情物品犯罪的发展变化趋势从类案研究、生态刻画、战法总结的角度进行了系统的研究和探讨,对如何有效打击治理网络淫移色情违法犯罪进行了认真探索研究,以期为公安机关和社会各界提供有益参考与借鉴。With the rapid development of the internet,people's access to information is becoming increasingly widespread,and information carriers are becoming more diverse,including various forms such as images,text,audio,and video.Convenient information dissemination methods actively promote people's communication and cultural mutual learning,while some obscene and pornographic social negative information is also widely spread through this channel,seriously affecting the online space environment,eroding the physical and mental health of the people,especially affecting the growth of young people.The general public deeply detests this ugly social phenomenon.This article conducts a systematic study and exploration of the development and changes in the crime of online dissemination of obscene and pornographic materials in recent years from the perspectives of case studies,ecological depiction,and summary of war laws.It carefully explores and studies how to effectively crack down on and govern illegal crimes of online obscene and pornographic materials,in order to provide useful reference and reference for public security organs and various sectors of society.
