政党政治数字化变局与西欧社会民主党的调适

摘　　要：数字技术正深度嵌入到西方政治的运作之中,数字革命推动了政党政治的媒体化、政党意识形态的淡化与极化,加剧了政党格局的碎片化。面对变局,作为西方传统左翼大党的西欧社会民主党迎来了艰难变革期,在扩大参与、吸纳党员、制定竞选策略等方面尝试应用了一些新技术,积极调整以适应技术政治新环境。西欧社民党的这些措施尽管取得了初步成效,但与对手相比稍显落后,其数字化之路仍面临诸多外部限制和内部掣肘。政党政治数字化反映了数字资本主义的新发展对西方政治的宰制,社民党唯有提高网络运用能力、加强政治话语和数字议题等方面的调整,才能在变局中站稳脚跟,以自身革新推动左翼力量的进步发展。Digital technology is deeply embedding in the operation of Western politics.The digital revolution has promoted the medialization of party politics,the dilution and polarization of party ideologies,and the fragmentation of party patterns.Faced with the changes,the Social Democratic Parties in Western Europe have ushered in a challenging period of transformation.These parties have attempted to employ new technologies in terms of expanding participation,absorbing party members and refining campaign strategies,and adapted to the new environment of techno-politics.Although these measures have achieved preliminary results,they are slightly behind compared to their rivals,and their digitalization path still faces various external restrictions and internal constraints.The digitalization of party politics reflects the new development of digital capitalism that is dominating Western politics.The only way for Social Democratic Parties to gain a firm foothold in the changing situation is to improve network capabilities,to strengthen adjustment in political discourse and digital issues,and to promote the progressive development of left-wing forces through their innovation.
