摘 要:采用2013—2019年中国30个省市数字经济的面板数据,利用脱钩模型测度区域经济碳脱钩水平,并通过面板计量模型和中介效应模型实证检验了数字经济对区域经济碳脱钩的影响和作用机理。研究发现:中国整体经济碳脱钩水平不断上升,东北地区存在较大碳脱钩阻力;中国数字经济发展水平由东南沿海向西部和北部地区逐级递减;数字经济能够显著促进区域经济碳脱钩,能源结构优化是数据经济促进经济碳脱钩的重要机制。未来国家应更加重视东北地区的数字经济发展,促进东北地区产业数字化转型;考虑到我国数字经济发展不平衡、数字人才、产业数字化水平较低的特点,应适当引导东部地区数字技术向西部、东北地区流动,发挥数字技术的后发优势,防止数字技术在区域上的脱节;鉴于数字经济可以通过改善能源结构促进区域经济碳脱钩,还需进一步加强数字经济和能源革命的深度融合。This paper adopts panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in China from 2013 to 2019 to measure carbon emissions decoupling in regional economy using decoupling model,and empirically tests the effect and mechanism of digital economy on carbon emission decoupling in regional economy through panel measurement model and intermediary effect model.The results show that:(1)carbon emission decoupling in China’s overall economy is rising,and there is large resistance against carbon emission decoupling in northeast regions;(2)the development of digital economy in China is gradually decreasing from the southeast coast to the western and northern regions;(3)digital economy can significantly promote carbon emission decoupling in regional economy,and energy structure optimization is an important mechanism for data economy to promote carbon emission decoupling.In the future,China should pay more attention to the development of digital economy in northeast regions and promote their digital transformation.In view of the unbalanced development of digital economy and the low level of digital talents and industrial digitization,we should direct the flow of digital technology from the eastern regions to the western and northeast regions,give full play to the potential advantages of digital technology,and prevent the disconnection of digital technology in the regions.Given that digital economy can contribute to carbon emission decoupling in regional economy by optimizing the energy structure,deeper integration of digital economy and energy revolution needs to be further strengthened.
