摘  要:[目的]明确水稻种子肟菌·异噻胺包衣处理对水稻恶苗病、立枯病的防治效果及对水稻秧苗素质、产量的影响。[方法]通过田间试验研究水稻种子肟菌·异噻胺包衣处理对水稻恶苗病、立枯病的防治效果及增产效果。[结果]24.1%肟菌·异噻胺FS 15~20 mL+成膜剂2 mL/kg干种子包衣处理对直播水稻恶苗病防治效果好,24.1%肟菌·异噻胺FS 20~25 mL+成膜剂2 mL/kg干种子包衣处理对水稻机插秧苗恶苗病、立枯病防治效果好,对水稻秧苗均有明显的促进生长作用,增产效果明显。[结论]防治水稻恶苗病、立枯病用24.1%肟菌·异噻胺FS 20 mL+成膜剂2 mL/kg干种子包衣。[Objective]To clarify the effectiveness of rice seed oxime bacteria·isothiamine coating treatment on the prevention and control of rice bacterial wilt and bacterial wilt,as well as its impact on the quality and yield of rice seedlings.[Method]Field experiments were conducted to study the control effect and yield increase effect of rice seed oxime bacteria·isothiamine coating treatment on rice seedling blight and bacterial wilt.[Result]The treatment of 24.1%oxime bacteria·isothiamine FS 15-20 mL+film-forming agent 2 mL/kg dry seed coating had a good control effect on the disease of rice seedlings in direct seeding.The treatment of 24.1%oxime bacteria·isothiamine FS 20-25 mL+film-forming agent 2 mL/kg dry seed coating had a good control effect on the disease of rice seedlings in machine transplanting,and had a significant promoting effect on the growth of rice seedlings,with a significant increase in yield.[Conclusion]24.1%oxime bacteria·isothiamide FS 20 mL+film-forming agent 2 mL/kg dry seed coating is used to prevent and control rice seedling blight and bacterial wilt.
