摘  要:为明确自育2份材料的可纺性及开发前景,与车间大货同步开展纺4.2~9.8 tex纺纱试验,并测试各环节质量指标。元龙39号纤维断裂比强度和马克隆值较高,更适合生产9.8 tex的纱;而元龙34号因纤维细度、纤维断裂比强度的优势,更适合生产4.2 tex的纱。对育种者而言,应根据纺纱需求制订选育目标,当选育开发低号、超低号纱的品种时,应重点筛选纤维细度、纤维断裂比强度,以此提升纱线强力及质量。In order to clarify the spinnability and development prospect of the 2 self-bred materials,the spinning test of 4.2-9.8 tex was carried out simultaneously with the bulk production in the workshop and tested each link quality index.Yuanlong 39 is more suitable for producing 9.8 tex yarn because of its higher strength and Micronaire;Yuanlong 34 is more suitable for producing 4.2 tex yarn because of its advantages in fiber fineness and strength.For breeders,breeding objectives should be based on the requirements of spinning,when the varieties are selected for the production of fine-count yarn,the fiber fineness and strength,so as to improve strength and quality of yarn.
