摘　　要：基于2010—2020年的省级面板数据,利用面板固定效应模型、工具变量法和广义矩估计,研究农业保险对农业产出的影响及其作用路径。结果表明:农业保险显著促进农业产出增长,在考虑内生性问题和稳健性检验后,该结论仍然成立;农业保险促进农业产出增长的效应具有明显的区域异质性,在中部和东北地区效应显著,而在东部和西部地区则不显著;农业全要素生产率在农业保险促进农业产出增长中发挥了中介作用。据此,建议优化农业保险制度及其配套制度的顶层设计,强化农业保险制度的区域差异化设计,全面提升农业全要素生产率。Based on the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020,using panel fixed effects model,instrumental variable method and generalized moment estimation,this paper studies the impact of agricultural insurance on agricultural output and its influence path.The results show that agricultural insurance significantly promotes the growth of agricultural output,and this conclusion still holds after considering the endogeneity problem and robustness test.The effect of agricultural insurance on the growth of agricultural output has obvious regional heterogeneity.That is,in central and northeast regions,the effect of agricultural insurance is significant.But in the eastern and western regions,the effect is not significant.It is also found that agricultural total factor productivity plays a mediating role in the promotion of agricultural output growth by agricultural insurance.Accordingly,we should accelerate the reform of agricultural insurance policy and its support policies,and improve the total factor productivity of agriculture by the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
