摘　　要：新文科是对传统文科教育的创新,新文科建设的主要任务在于培养更适应社会发展需求的复合型高层次人才,这对新时代文科教师提出了新的要求。因此,地方高校文科教师应在继承与创新、交叉与融合、协同与共享、研究与反思中提升专业素养,促进自身的专业化发展。New liberal arts is an innovation of traditional liberal arts education,and the main task of the construction of new liberal arts is to cultivate compound high-level talents who are more suitable for the needs of social development,which puts forward new requirements for liberal arts teachers in the new era.Liberal arts teachers in local colleges and universities should improve their professional quality in inheritance and innovation,intersection and integration,collaboration and sharing,research and reflection,and promote their professional development of teachers.
