体育在防止男性青少年女性化中的作用和实施路径——重读《体育之研究》的启示

摘　　要：通过研读毛泽东的《体育之研究》一文,对照男性女性化现象产生的原因,探讨体育在防止男性青少年女性化中的作用,旨在更好发挥体育促进国民素质和身心健康的功能,拓展运动康复的内涵.男性女性化是男性青少年在性别角色认同上异化而产生的性别错置或性别模糊.其原因与某些社会时尚潮流的影响、学校和家庭教育的缺位或干预的缺失有关,还可能与男性青少年体内的雄性激素水平下降有关.毛泽东在1917年发表的《体育之研究》一文,科学论述了体育的内涵和作用,以及如何实施体育运动.其作用体现在两方面:一是能“野蛮其体魄”,二是能“文明其精神”.实施体育的路径包括“三育并重”“生兴味”“注全力”“有恒一”等方面.这些论述对理解体育在防止男性青少年女性化中的作用,以及实施体育的策略均有极大的启示.This paper explores the role of sports in preventing the feminization of male adolescents by studying Mao Zedong’s“Study on Sports”and comparing the reasons for the phenomenon ofmale feminization,with the aim of better utilizing the function of sports in promoting national quality and physical and mental health,and expanding the connotation of sports rehabilitation.Male feminization is a gender mismatch or gender ambiguity caused by the alienation of male adolescents’gender role identification.Its reasons are related to the influence of certain social fashion trends,the lack of school and family education or intervention,and may also be related to the decrease in male hormone levels in male adolescents.Mao Zedong’s article“Study of Sports”,published in 1917,scientifically discussed the connotation and role of sports and how to implement physical education.The role of sports is reflected in two aspects:firstly,sports can“barbarize the body”and secondly,sports can civilize the spirit”.The way to implement physical education includes“equal emphasis on three aspects of education”,“cultivation of interest”,“all-out efforts”,and“perseverance”.These discussions have great implications for understanding the role of sports in preventing the feminization of male adolescents,as well as for implementing sports strategies.
