摘 要:通过对不同钙含量饲料样品的精密度、加标回收率以及方法适用性的试验来对高锰酸钾法和乙二胺四乙酸二钠络合滴定法(EDTA法)两种方法测定饲料中钙含量进行对比研究,结果表明两种方法的测定结果基本一致,无明显差异,高锰酸钾法回收率为85.2%~96.0%,RSD为1.74%~2.60%;EDTA法回收率为88.3%~96.0%,RSD为0.86%~0.95%,两种方法准确度高,符合GB/T 27417—2017的要求,能满足饲料行业的实际需要。Through the precision,standard recovery and applicability of different calcium content of feed samples,the comparison of potassium permanganate method and EDTA method for the determination of calcium content in feed was studied.The results showed that the determination results of the two methods were basically consistent without significant difference.The recovery of potassium permanganate method was 85.2%-96.0%,RSD was 1.74%-2.60%.The recovery of EDTA method was 88.3%-96.0%and RSD was 0.86%-1.74%.The two methods had high accuracy,meet the requirements of GB/T 27417—2017,and could meet the actual needs of the feed industry.
