摘  要:为了有效利用纺织废弃材料,采用工艺简便、化学品用量少的熔融法提取废弃羊毛中的角蛋白,对提取物的结构与性能进行了测试与表征,并将其应用于面膜液的开发。以保湿率和自由基清除率为目标,通过单因素试验和响应面法探讨了面膜液成分中的角蛋白、透明质酸钠、海藻酸钠对保湿性和抗氧化性的影响,并探究最佳配方。结果表明:羊毛角蛋白结构完整、无变化;面膜液的黏度、酸碱度以及对皮肤刺激性等理化、安全性能合格;当海藻酸钠、透明质酸钠、角蛋白添加量分别为0.3356%、0.2000%、2.7828%时,角蛋白面膜液的保湿率和自由基清除率均达到最优,分别为42.1100%、81.5525%。In order to effectively utilize waste textile materials,the keratin from waste wool was extracted by melting method with simple process and less chemical dosage.The structure and properties of the extract were tested and characterized,and the extract was applied in the development of facial mask solution.The effects of keratin,sodium hyaluronate and sodium alginate on moisture retention and antioxidant properties of facial mask liquid were investigated by single factor test and response surface method,and the best formula was explored.The results show that the structure of wool keratin was intact and unchanged.The viscosity,pH value,skin irritation and other physical and chemical properties of the mask liquid were qualified.When the dosage of sodium alginate,sodium hyaluronate and keratin were 3.728%,0.200%and 3.154%,respectively,the moisture rate and free radical scavenging rate of keratin mask solution reached the best,which were 42.1100%and 81.5525%,respectively.
