摘 要:针对当前石墨烯类纺织功能整理剂同织物的结合牢度差的问题,文章首先制得还原氧化石墨烯(rGO),然后采用对氨基偶氮苯-4-磺酸(ASA)重氮盐对其进行共价接枝,得到染料改性石墨烯(S-rGO)。利用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱仪、拉曼成像光谱等手段对S-rGO的结构进行了表征。然后将S-rGO作为抗静电整理剂用于毛/涤混纺织物的抗静电整理。结果表明:ASA分子的接枝可提高rGO与织物的亲和力,经S-rGO整理后的织物静电半衰期值相对空白对照织物明显降低,且经20次水洗后,织物的静电半衰期值变化不大,体现出良好的耐水洗性能。In order to solve the problem of poor bonding fastness between graphene textile functional finishing agents and fabrics,reduced graphene oxide(rGO)was prepared,and then it was covalently grafted using p-aminoazobenzene-4-sulfonic acid(ASA)diazonium salt to obtain a dye-activated graphene(S-rGO).The structure of S-rGO was characterized by FTIR,XPS and Raman technologies.Then S-rGO was finished on polyester/wool mixed fabrics as an antistatic finishing agent.The results show that the grafting of ASA molecules can improve the affinity between rGO and the fabric,and the electrostatic half-life value of the fabric treated by S-rGO was significantly lower compared to the blank fabric,and the electrostatic half-life value of the fabric does not change much after 20 times of washing,reflecting the good washing resistance.
