摘 要:监测运动训练状态对提高训练的科学性具有重要意义,为使服装通过采集表面肌电信号实现检测肌肉疲劳的功能,提出一种基于织物电极的肌电服设计方案,使用16通道无线遥测表面肌电分析仪和一次性Ag/AgCl凝胶电极,采集10名男性运动爱好者在进行俯卧撑、蹲起和跑步3种运动时的肌电信号,分析时域及频域指标的变化规律;对比分析织物电极和一次性Ag/AgCl凝胶电极采集受试者在静坐、静站、慢走、慢跑、快跑5种状态下的肌电信号。结果表明:3种运动中,受试者开始运动时和力竭疲劳后的时域和频域指标均有显著性差异;电极对比实验中,2种电极的积分肌电值iEMG和均方根值RMS值均呈显著相关,且一致性好。由此提出肌电服的设计方案,使其具备实时监测运动训练中肌电信号变化的功能,期望可以更为科学的指导运动训练。Monitoring training condition is of great significance to improve the science of training.In order to realize the function of detecting muscle fatigue by collecting surface electromyographic(EMG)signal,a design scheme of electromyographic suit based on fabric electrode was proposed.A 16-channel wireless telemetry surface EMG analyzer and disposable Ag/AgCl gel electrodes were used to collect the EMG signals of 10 male sports enthusiasts during push-ups,squatting and running,and the variation of indicators in time domain and frequency domain was analyzed.The EMG signals of the subjects in sitting,standing,slow walking,jogging and fast running were compared between the fabric electrodes and the disposable Ag/AgCl gel electrodes.The results shod that the time domain and frequency domain indexes were significantly different at the beginning of exercise and after exhaustion.In the electrodes comparison experiment,the integrated iEMG and RMS values of the two electrodes were significantly correlated with good consistency.Therefore,the design scheme of EMG suit is put forward,which has the function of real-time monitoring of the changes of EMG signal during sports training,hoping to guide sports training more scientifically.
