摘 要:为了使服装压力舒适性评价更加贴合实际情况,将模糊评价引入服装压力舒适性综合评价。根据弹性紧身服装的穿着特征,提出了压力舒适性的主要影响指标,设置了面料的横向拉伸40%的拉伸负荷、纵向拉伸80%的拉伸负荷、吸湿性、透湿性、透气性、热传导性和表面粗糙性等因子。选择7种弹性针织面料进行相关性能测试,建立灰色近优模型对其压力舒适性进行模糊评价,使用灰色关联分析的方法计算出各个测试指标的关联度。最终综合评价得出的第7块试样的压力舒适性最佳;关联分析得知测试指标中透气率对压力舒适性综合性能评价影响最大,横向(40%)拉伸负荷对压力舒适性综合评价性能评价影响最小。In order to make the evaluation of clothing pressure comfort more suitable to the actual situation,fuzzy evaluation was introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of clothing pressure comfort.According to the wear-ability of elastic tight clothing,the main parameters influencing pressure comfort were put forward,such as tensile load at 40%transverse strain,tensile load at 80%longitudinal strain,hygroscopicity,moisture permeability,air permeability,thermal conductivity,surface roughness and other parameters.Seven elastic knitted fabrics were tested,meanwhile,the gray approximate model was built to perform a fuzzy evaluation on the pressure comfort and gray relational analysis was carried out to calculate relevancy of test indicators of fabric performance tests.The results indicate that the seventh sample has the best pressure comfort,the permeability has the relatively highest impact on the comprehensive performance evaluation of pressure comfort,and tensile load at 40%transverse strain has the relatively least impact on the comprehensive performance evaluation of pressure comfort.
