摘　　要：口袋公园为市民提供了更多家门口的休闲游憩场所,但其管理问题也随之而来。以上海市口袋公园为例,调查建设现状,分析其管理面临的主要问题。研究发现,上海口袋公园存在分布不均衡,少数口袋公园景观面貌欠佳,建设主体和养护主体多元化,养护费用差异明显,志愿者参与程度低,不文明游园行为屡禁不止等问题。提出提升建设质量、完善配套设施、明确管理办法、创新社会参与4个适用上海口袋公园管理优化的应对策略。Pocket parks provide citizens with more recreational places on their doorstep,but their management problems also arise.Taking Shanghai pocket park as an example,this paper investigates the construction status and analyzes the main problems faced by its management.It is found that there are some problems in Shanghai pocket parks,such as uneven distribution,poor landscape appearance of a few pocket parks,diversification of construction subjects and maintenance subjects,apparent differences in maintenance costs,low participation of volunteers,and repeated prohibitions on uncivilized park visits.Four coping strategies applicable to the management optimization of Shanghai pocket parks are proposed:improving construction quality,improving supporting facilities,clarifying management methods,and innovating social participation.
