摘　　要：对表对标党的二十大报告对中国式现代化的时代要求和安排部署,分别从建设社会主义现代化国家、水利高质量发展、法治现代化角度,分析了水利法治建设面临的现代化要求,阐述了中国式现代化进程中水利法治建设需要坚持的政治原则、自然法则、价值目标、思想方法、基本理念,从水利立法、执法、法治监督、法治宣传教育、数字赋能等方面分析了任务要求,提出了工作举措,为谱写好中国式现代化水利法治篇章提供思路和方法借鉴。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)set the year and agenda for Chinese path to modernization.The requirements of modernization for water legislation construction are analyzed from the perspective of construction of a socialist modern country,high-quality water development and modernization of legal system.Discussions focus on political principles,natural laws,value objectives,ideological methods,and basic concepts that need to be applied in the process of Chinese path to modernization.Tasks are worked out regarding water legislation,law enforcement,supervision,publicity and education and digital empowerment together with working measures.It may provide ideas and methodologies for new efforts in water legislation construction under the goal of Chinese path to modernization.
