摘　　要：云南省红河州弥泸灌区工程是采取“政企共建”创新型建管模式的大(2)型水利工程。总结了弥泸灌区工程中“政企共建”模式的提出、探索和运用过程,以及构建省州级协调机构,注重项目前期,注重土地、林地等合规性手续办理,注重宣传、争取各级政府和民间的支持,打造政府、企业命运共同体等实践经验,提出了优化建议,以期为同类工程建设提供借鉴参考。The Milu Irrigation District Project in Honghe Prefecture is large-scale(2)water project to adopt the innovative construction and management model of“government-enterprise co-construction”.The paper summarizes the process of proposing,exploring,and applying the model in the Milu Irrigation District project,establishment of a coordination organization by Yunnan Province and Honghe Prefecture,as well as practices of focusing on the early stage of the project,handling compliance procedures for land and forest land,promoting and winning support from governments and the public at all levels,and building a community with a shared future for government and enterprises.Suggestions are made for further improvement and reference of other similar projects.
