摘  要:某铜冶炼厂制酸系统转化工段阻力过大,导致二氧化硫浓度难以提升,风机逼近额定最大功率,增加了运行成本,严重制约了系统的产能提升。通过对转化工段转化器及换热器进出口压力进行测量,发现五台碟环式换热器壳程运行阻力均大大超过了设计值。针对该问题,采用CFD流体模拟软件Fluent对Ⅰ~Ⅴ号换热器建立了壳程流体域模型,计算其阻力分布,并在原始结构的基础上,通过改造进气口结构,一定程度上减小了换热器壳程的压力损失。The resistance of the conversion section of the acid production system in a smelter is too large,result the SO2 concentration difficult to increase,and the fan approaches the rated maximum power,which increases the operation cost and seriously restricts the capacity improvement of the system.By measuring the inlet and outlet pressure of the converter and heat exchanger in the conversion section,it is found that the shell side resistance of the five dish ring heat exchangers greatly exceeds the design value.To solve this problem,the CFD fluid simulation software Fluent was used to establish the shell side fluid domain model of No.Ⅰ-Ⅴheat exchanger,and the resistance distribution was calculated.Based on the original structure,the pressure loss of the shell side of heat exchanger was reduced to a certain extent by modifying the inlet structure.
