摘　　要：本文阐述了ACS6000型双驱变频器中编码器的工作原理,并结合米拉多铜矿磨机系统应用ACS6000型双驱变频器时发生的问题现象,分析了编码器对电机直接转矩控制和变频器功率计算的作用和影响。This paper expounds the working principle of the encoder in the ACS6000 dual-drive inverter,and analyzes the problems that occur when the ACS6000 dual-drive inverter was applied in the Mirador copper mine,and analyzes the encoder's role and impact to direct torque control of the motor and power calculations of convert.
