数据分析软件在低压垂直铸造机中的应用

摘　　要：在高品质铝合金圆棒铸造过程中,若出现设备故障、产品质量缺陷、安全事故等情况时,需要调取相关铸造历史数据进行故障分析,文章针对ibaPDA工程师站的系统构建及利用数据分析软件ibaAnalyzer进行历史故障分析,得出设备故障原因、产品质量缺陷等分析结果,方便工艺操作人员对生产异常时产品质量数据的追源。。In the casting process of high-quality aluminum alloy round bars,if there are equipment failures,product quality defects,and safety accidents,it is necessary to retrieve relevant casting historical data for fault analysis.This paper aims at the system construction of ibaPDA engineer station and the historical fault analysis using the data analysis software ibaAnalyzer.The analysis results of equipment failure cause and product quality defects are obtained,which is convenient for process operators to trace the source of product quality data when production is abnormal.
