瑶琳互通天桥主拱圈施工技术及支架受力分析

摘  要:依托瑶琳互通天桥为工程背景,以拱圈施工流程为研究对象,总结施工过程关键工艺。在拱圈浇筑流塑混凝土时,对盘扣支架的竖杆进行水平位移监测,测得有向内部的水平侧移;进行有限元分析,优化荷载施加方式,侧移计算结果与监测值相当。通过对天桥进行分阶段施工与整孔浇筑两种施工方法数值计算比较,可得分段浇筑施工拱圈的最大弯矩和内力比整孔浇筑时要小,采用分阶段浇筑施工对拱圈结构更有利,该施工方法可为同类工程提供参考。Taking the Yaolin Interchange Overpass as the engineering background,this study focuses on the entire construction process of arch ring construction and summarizes the key processes during the construction process.When the flow plastic concrete is poured into the arch ring,horizontal displacement monitoring is carried out on the vertical rod of the buckle support and the horizontal displacement towards the middle is measured.Through the analysis of the finite element and optimization of the load application method,the calculation results are consistent with the monitoring values.Numerical calculation comparison between the phased construction process of the overpass and the whole hole pouring construction method shows that the maximum bending moment and internal force of the arch ring during the segmented pouring construction are smaller than those during the whole hole pouring construction and adopting phased pouring construction is more advantageous for the arch ring structure.So this construction method can be referenced by similar projects.
