摘　　要：聚焦发展定位与核心竞争力研究,杭州市临平区应主动扛起忠实践行“八八战略”、奋力打造“重要窗口”的使命任务,以融城发展和主动对接长三角一体化、大运河文化带建设等国家战略为重点,积极为杭州市奋进新时代、建设新天堂贡献区域力量。文章立足临平区自身高质量发展,着眼推动临平区融长融杭发展,实现城市群内部资源合理配置的需要,从市级层面提出了完善组织协调机制、项目支撑机制和区域联动机制等具体举措。Focusing on the research of positioning and core competitiveness,Linping District should take the initiative to carry out the mission of faithfully practicing the“88 Strategies”and strive to build an“important window”.Guided by national strategies such as the integration of urban development and the active docking of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt,Linping should contribute regional strength to Hangzhou’s efforts to enter a new era and construct a new paradise.Based on this,the article proposes measures to improve the organization and coordination mechanism,project support mechanism and regional linkage mechanism at the municipal level,aiming to bolster the integration of Linping and the Yangtze River Delta and Hangzhou,and realize the rational allocation of resources within the urban agglomeration.
