摘 要:在创新驱动发展战略的指导下,高校科技成果转化越来越受到社会各界的重视。文章基于2012—2021年的技术交易数据,围绕技术交易成交额、供给水平、市场占有率、经费投入等进行分析,发现我国高校技术交易成交额及合同总数在全国科技市场中所占份额较低,且呈逐年下降趋势;科技成果输出能力较弱,且每项技术合同平均成交额远低于全国技术市场的平均水平;科学研究与试验发展支出及成果应用支出占科技经费总支出的比例逐年下降。在此基础上,文章对影响我国高校科技成果转化的主要因素进行探讨,并从提高技术产品供给质量、提高团队自身建设水平、优化外部合作环境等三个方面提出了提升高校科技成果转化水平的具体建议。Under the guidance of the innovation-driven strategy,the transformation of sci-tech achievements in universities is receiving increasing attention from all sectors of society.Accordingly,the article aims to use the data from 2012 to 2021 to examine the transaction volume,supply,market share and funding investment.It was found that the share of technology transaction volume and total contracts of Chinese universities in the national market is relatively low,and shows a trend of year-on-year decrease;The output capacity of sci-tech achievements is weak,and the average transaction volume of each contract is far lower than that of the national market;Moreover,the proportion of sci-tech R&D expenditure and application expenditure has been dwindling year by year.On this basis,the main factors that affect the transformation of sci-tech achievements are expounded,and specific suggestions are pointed out to improve the quality of products,enhance the construction of teaching s taff and optimize the external cooperation environment.
