摘　　要：健全现代公共文化服务体系是中国共产党实施文化强国战略的重大举措之一,其具有为中国共产党长期执政赢得民心、激活资源和凝聚共识的长效功能。文章基于利益导向、绩效导向和价值导向探讨现代公共文化服务体系长效功能的发挥。Improving the modern public cultural service system is a major strategic measure of cultural power implemented by CPC.It has the sustained function of winning people's hearts and minds,activating resource and building consensus for CPC's long-term ruling.The article explores the modern public cultural service system based on interest orientation,performance orientation,and value orientation.
