高校教师监考制度对大学生考试作弊行为的影响——基于博弈论视角

摘  要:将以学校、监考教师、大学生组成的考试系统作为研究对象,采取博弈论方法,分别建立学校无监考制度下的博弈模型、学校奖励制度下的博弈模型、学校惩罚制度下的博弈模型和学校奖惩并行制度下的博弈模型,并通过对博弈模型均衡解的求解,分析了高校教师监考制度对大学生考试作弊行为的影响。最后,在分析博弈模型均衡解的基础上,从高校很有必要制定教师监考制度、对监考教师的奖励和惩罚不能太小、奖惩并行是最佳的教师监考制度、对作弊学生的惩罚力度是防止作弊的关键等四个方面给出了高校制定教师监考制度的要点。Taking the teaching system which is composed of university,invigilation teacher and university student as research object,this paper uses the game theory to establish the game model under the condition that there is not invigilation system in university,the game model under the condition that there is reward system in university,the game model under the condition that there is punishment system in university,and the game model under the condition that there are both reward and punishment system in university respectively.It analyzes the effect of universities' invigilation system for teachers on students' cheating in examinations by solving equilibriums of the game models.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the equilibriums of game models,the essentials of establishing universities' invigilation system for teachers are given which include it is necessary for universities to enact invigilation system for teachers,the reward and punishment for invigilation teachers should not be too small,reward and punishment are both taken which is the best invigilation system for teachers and the punishment for cheating students is the key to prevent cheating.
